DeWitt County Pheasants Forever
Who Are We?
The DeWitt County Pheasants Forever chapter is a leading habitat and wildlife conservation group made up of many local volunteers who have a stong tie to our hunting heritage.
The Dewitt County Pheasants Forever chapter works hard to create and preserve habitat for upland game and promote hunting and habitat education. We host many events each year free to the public including our Youth Shoot where children and adults of all ages are encouraged to come out and attend our 9 stations that teach firearm safety and ethics.
Our habitat preservation committees are very educated on the various types of seeding and burning practices and preservation programs available to you. We offer seeding and burning services to any of our members. Since we have many acres to cover each spring, it is best to contact us as soon as possible so we can put you on our list.
We are always looking for more volunteers to add to our committee. If you are interested in joining our committee, please visit the Contact Us tab at the top of the page and we will be in touch with you shortly.
